Before returning the item, the buyer must contact E-SUMM.com via e-mail info@e-summ.com, where the buyer informs us that he wishes to return the item. We kindly ask you to include in the letter the order number and the details of the bank account to which the purchase amount will be refunded.

An item can be returned within 14 days if it has not been used, damaged or if its appearance has not been substantially altered, i.e. only such alterations to the appearance of the goods or their packaging as were necessary for the inspection of the goods received.
In the event of return of the goods, the Buyer shall be liable for the loss in value of the goods if this is due to operations which were not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The goods can be returned within 14 days from the moment the buyer physically receives the goods.
The 14-day right of return does not apply to goods that are perishable or obsolete; audio and video recordings and computer software if the consumer has opened the envelope; sealed items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the packaging is opened after delivery (e.g. cosmetics, lingerie and bikinis); entertainment and travel services.
